Put a few drops into your favorite skin lotion or shampoo whenever you use them. They also work great in massage oils.

Massage therapists will find that they tune into their client much faster when they use an essence right at the beginning of a massage. They can take the essence themselves and/or give some to their client, or put it directly into the massage lotion they use.

Using a grounding essence or one for connected-ness and awareness will help the therapist quickly get in touch with their client�s problem. Using the essence connected directly with the client�s problem, such as Crisis Control by White Shemn or Rescue Remedy by Bach, for clients that are very upset when they come into your practice, will immediately calm the client down and allow them to enter a state of acceptance. The therapist can gear an essence to each client to help solve those emotional issues that cause physical pain in muscles and joints.

Essences are totally safe for, and work great on, babies, children and pets.

The small amount of alcohol in a dosage will not hurt a child, but it is best if you use the cup of warm water method to remove the alcohol completely for babies and small pets.

It�s OK to give essences externally without removing the alcohol for babies, but if you plan on giving an essence orally then evaporate the alcohol.

When it comes to pets, Alcohol can be fatal to small birds so I always suggest that an essence be used externally on them via the misting method (do not add essential oil to the essence mist as some oils, even in minute amounts, can be dangerous to birds), or that the alcohol be removed and then that alcohol-free essence water can be used as the drinking water.

Use essences in the drinking water of dogs and cats-they seem to love it! Just use the same dosage you would for people. Remember, a few drops are all you ever need to take at any given time.
