Stress Soothing Massage Oil Blend:

2 ounces carrier oil

4 drops Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)

4 drops Roman Chamomile

4 drops French Lavender

4 drops Sandalwood

2 drops Elemi

2 drops Frankincense

Take usual precautions regarding sun sensitivity for bergamot. Self massage onto shoulder and neck muscles, which is where stress often tends to gather. I find this blend not only to be effective through the olfactory route, but it takes out the tension in the muscles.

Positivity Blend: for inhalation or diffusion, blend to preference, however the base notes of Patchouli and Frankincense can easily dominate.

40 drops of Roman Chamomile

40 drops of French Lavender

10 drops Neroli

10 drops Orange
